Once a customer accepts a quote you can convert it into a job. The system will then automatically generate a quote incorporating all necessary information including: customer information, lists of products and services needed to do the job, a to do list, attached files and other important information.
EasyStoneShop will generate a to-do list automatically based on the ordered products and services and then schedule each needed task on the calendar according to task type.
It has never been so easy to allocate slabs, tiles, supplies and other materials for a job. The system will tell you the type and number of items you will need to select from inventory, and if you need to order additional items to get the job done.
The job costing feature calculates materials and labor costs. If there are changes to the job you can easily add or subtract items.
