Profile

This is the main screen of the "Client Details" section with the "Profile" menu opening automatically as the first one. Here you can finish adding your clients or edit the information concerning the already existing ones.

In this section you may add or edit the following data:

• Name – Name of the client
• Client Type – This is type of the client e.g. Homeowner, Architect, Builder, etc.
• Client Status – This is status of the client e.g. Quoted, In Process, Job Done, etc.
• Login, Password – With this login and password your client can get an access to your price list.
• Contact name – Name of the person to deal with. May differ from the client's name
• Phone, Email, Website – Contact information of the client.
• Country, State, City, Address – Information about client's
• Location – This is the shop's name where the client buys products and services
• Sales Person – A person who works with the client.
• Price Level – Each product or service has six price levels, here you can setup one of the price levels to the client.

Special attention here must be paid to Cell number and its format. In the picture above you can see the correctly provided cell number - 38 066 2434188. Where 38 is a country code and 0662434188 is a local number. No "+" before a country code is required.

After you have filled in all the necessary fields do not forget to click on "Save Changes" button to save all the changes.
