Quote Info

This is the section that shows all details concerning the new quote: "Quote info", "Quote items", "Quote files" with the first one opening automatically.

Here you should type next data:

• Quote Name – A name of a quote you wish to give it
• Quote# - A unique number given to a single quote in order to differentiate them.
• Quote Status – This is status of the quote:Quoted, Negotiating, Accepted or Denied, etc.
• Location - The place where the products or services are located.
• Sales Person – Name of the person who sales products and services.
• Notes - A field where you can add some additional information of your choice.
• Reminder - A date reminder in a form of a calendar.
• Information concerning the client: Name, Contact Name, Address, Phone, Cell, E-mail or Web-site.

Moreover, here you are able to attach a Tax or a Discount, if there are any, to the calculation and finally process the quote to order clicking on the corresponding button «Process». To save the data you have to press "Save changes" button.
