Quote Items

With Quote items section you can see the amount of goods and services you can deal with, add them or delete from your list.

Adding and Deleting Items

To add units of some products or services you need to click on "Add Items" button or select a checkbox and press "Delete Items" button oposite the item to delete it.

After the adding of each separate item do not forget to click on "Save Changes" button, otherwise if you go ahead to the next item adding, some information which has not been saved may dissapear from the table.

Products

In the "Products" section there are four main types of the products, each type including a variety of examples each having its own name, price, showing its own availability standing next to it.

Services

In the "Services section" there are examples of edges each one having its own name and price.

As soon as a new item is added it appears in the main menu where calculations are going to be made. To see the total sum at once you should fill in the necessary fields with quantity, percent of wastage and select a checkbox oposite at tax if there is any. After you made all necessary changes do not forget to press "Save changes" button before you leave.

Groups

You can combine products and services into groups giving each group its own name according to the purpose of the products in them or to your own choice. To do that you just simply have to select a checkbox of two or more products and services, click on "Group" button. In the menu that appeared you select a checkbox New group, give it a name and press Apply.

Templates

It is also possible to use the selected products and services as a template in order not to add them many times again and again, but to have kept and named for a case. You can do it just the same way it was with groups. You can save a Template and give it a name:

Saving a new template you can not only add a new one, but also overwrite the already existing one. Also you can delete any template. All you have to do is to select corresponding checkboxes and click on corresponding buttons.

If you wish to create a new template at once, the button "Open Template" is made for that purpose and is situated nearby.
